I am slightly weirded out about how the thing with Lila ended. I am wondering, why has Lila gone to Paris? Wouldn't it make a ton more sense for her to go to Britain? She's British after all. Her going to France seems quite random.
Also, Dexter DVD apparently follows her (only like a 10-hour flight one way, I am sure nobody will wonder where he went for like two days straight) and kills her in Dexter DVD. Where would he dump her body?
I mean, a significant part of the story is about Dexter DVD being cautious and planning everything well and having a boat to take the corpses out on the ocean -- and then he just flies to Paris, kills Lila and puts her into a body bag.
I understand that wasn't the main focus of the story and therefore they kept a lot of this untold, but I do think it's rather weird how careless this part of the Dexter Season 2 DVD ending was delivered. The end of the Dexter Season 1 DVD, in comparison, does cover how he manages to get out of killing his brother (by framing it as a suicide). In Dexter Season 2 DVD, it is just magically assumed that he can get rid of Lila in France with not much ado.
