man, I love this show too, even though that guy's a douche. but I never watch it. I just never watch shows...

Great show! Though Hell's Kitchen isn't a real restaurant (it's a converted TV studio) and everyone there eats for free. Production tells them to be as picky as possible and they purposefully make the atmosphere in the kitchen as tense as possible for maximum screw-ups. But it's still fun to see these people not have a clue at what they're doing!
