| I personally prefer going to metal/punk shows. The local ones are awesome.
I usually end up at Champion Ship, Dragonfly or Chameleon Club. Although I heard that CC changed their set up. And that under 21 has to be upstairs now. And that's stupid because most people 21+ don't even mosh. And we do. And now we can't. Because they're standing there with their beers looking monotonous and stuffff.

| I usually hate going to metal shows. They usually just sound like junk. If I'm listening to metal it should be in a car, loud, with no more than one other person in there with me. Punk shows can be really entertaining or really crappy, just depends. |

| Yeah, sometimes they aren't that great. But only when the scene girls spend 2 hours spraying their hair and smoking cigarettes non stop. :/

| Scene kids in general just disgust me. I just thought I'd through that in there. |

| I'll admit, I tried to do the whole emo/scene thing just like everyone else. But I've come to realize that working hard to look like everyone else, just makes you look like a shadow of nothing.
I decided that rather than trying to conform and be accepted... I would just do my own thing. Yea sure, some of the things I do are parts of trends. I mean.. everything is borrowed from everything and everything repeats. So nobody can truly be an individual/unique... but I stopped trying to be like other people and now I am just me.
I fart, I burp, I wear make up some times, I play in the mud, I sing in my jammiez, I eat what I want, I don't care. (:
But yeah... scene kids... they're something. At first, it seems like something really nice... the hair... the clothes... the popularity... that constant attention and fame. But then you come to realize that all of those people aren't your friends, they never were and never will be. They care about their looks, their myspace, their photoshop saturated photos, their hello kitty's and bats and in the end... you're a speck.
I can't wait till they're as old as our parents. I wonder if they'll still try and look 18. I'll admit, I'd laugh.

| The funny thing is that scene kids, despite being lower on the popularity chart, are just as stuck up and rude as the usual preppies. Not all are obviously, but most of the one's I've been around definitely are. |
