As long as there's no filters in their network, then you should be able to access any forum. If they do, you could always find a loophole, such as a proxy. :]

My college blocks and unblocks stuff all the time.
Luckily, since I work at my college... I can access stuff that some students can't. :]

Not sure about any of that. It just went down and didn't go up until after we got set up here. No point in moving again. We're the same people, just different address. It takes a while to feel moved in to a board, so I prefer to stay.

That's very understandable. Once you settle into a place and establish yourself and other people.... it's not so easy to just up and go somewhere else. It'd be like spending your entire life educating yourself for a degree... then dropping out before you get the degree. :S
