to pierce or not to pierce

my face, in particular, my lip.

Explanation:

I've wanted my lip pierced for a long time. First i wanted a labret piercing, but after concluding those are stupid, I wanted a normal lip piercing. I never did it because they're pretty trendy and I didn't want to look like some trend whore. I wouldn't be doing it for sake of getting in on the trend (especially since it has since passed) and I don't want it to look stupid on my face as there are certainly people who have piercings who definitely shouldn't. I want to get it anyway, but I don't want to waste $40 on something that's going to make me look more stupid, which brings us here.

A lip piercing would look good on you.

However, I've already decided to get it done (when I have the money. since I'm jobless)

I think a ring would look good. I'm assuming an offset one? -- I think snakebite? (the double one) would probably look a bit silly.

and honestly, if you don't wear glasses, you might consider getting your eyebrow pierced. -- maybe.

Actually, I think a ring might look better on you than a stud.

Do it if you think it will look good on you, and if you don't like it after a while you can always take it out and it will heal up really quickly.

I agree with ring, definitely. lip rings are the hottest things a guy could bring into their life.

that was my plan too.. snakebites are what i really want but i dont want to waste more money if it looks stupid.

that picture was in my sisters room. Redbull tastes like sweat and flowers, and the only lotion I use is for my face, so I don't waste it elsewhere.

I dunno when I'm getting mine done. I just sold an amp for a few hundred, and I'm planning on getting my upper arm tattood.

I really want snakebites too, but not now. I have to wait for this lip ring to heal completely and then get the nerve to go through with the pain again.

I assume she wasn't referring to the actual piercing itself, but after the 'wound' swells up. It will be tender for a couple of days which makes things... uncomfortable.

maybe I'm wrong and she did mean the actual piercing? - I'm pretty curious since I'm strongly considering getting this done as well.
