| Ok, to sort of clarify some things. Chad Petree and Jeremy Dawson from Shiny Toy Guns used to perform as Cloud2Ground, which was a Christian electronica group. The linear notes to one of their albums reads "Love through Music, Through Christ Everlasting, Not through doctrine, legalism, or fundamentals, religion and it's leaders, denominations, closed minds, homophobia, and the fear of the unknown, nothing more exists but your body, your spirit, your bible, and a God that loves you". I believe that they are still Christians, which would make STG one of those "Christians in a band" bands. So yea, I'm assuming that's why they're performing. | |

| Yeah, I'm not opposed to it...I'll probably see them.
But I just never saw them market themselves that way.

| I go to Cornerstone for the music, not for the "Christian." Not this year. But in the past, that's why. | |

| I still want to go, if only because it would be a good chance to see bands like mewithoutYou, As Cities Burn, and Psalters live. Because they never come around here. | |

A few years ago I was at C-stone with my friend and her dad and her dad decided we were leaving at 1AM. Which happened to be when mewithoutyou was starting. I was MAD. As Cities Burn weren't that good live...

| I almost saw them when they came around here. From what I heard, Cody (lead vocalist) was drunk as hell when they performed. I still want to see them though as they're one of my favorite bands. | |

| I'm pretty sure he was when I saw 'em too. Also that nasty Chariot vocalist was freakin awful and drunk. It was the worst show I've ever been to, hands down. Oh wait...besides Superchick. | |

| I wasn't at the ACB show, but I know from a pretty good source that Cody was drunk. It was the way he performed and also my friend said he could smell alcohol on Cody's clothes and his breath. | |

| I guess I'm saying that he's very emotional when he plays, so that could easily be misinterpreted as being drunk. Alcohol on the breath though... | |

| I disagree. To me, a band, no matter if they're Christian or not, should at least have respect for their audience to not perform intoxicated. Performing while drunk shows unprofessionalism on the musicians part. I'm definitely not in judgment of Cody being drunk. That's his business and for all I care, he can be drunk most of the day. But when it comes to performing for your fans who pay good money to see a band perform, the band should stay sober. | |

| Yeah, I agree. And no one should act so stupid that it's distracting and takes away from the music.
