| I was about to go to sleep last night when I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. I looked over and there was nothing there. But then 10 seconds later I saw it again! A mouse! In my bedroom. I live in a crappy duplex, but we're on the second floor, so I don't know how it got in.
I spent about 2 hours trying to find it, but my room is super messy so it could be anywhere. So my task today is to clean my room until a mouse lunges out at my face and gives me rabies.

| I used to have a little door in my room that led to like a secondary attic and there was a mouse that lived in there. I'd feed it Doritos. | |

| One of the times I went to Mexico there were mice in my room. I woke up in the night with one on my pillow. The next day my friend and I had it trapped behind a stack of wood. When it cam running out I stepped on it and caught it by its tail. My friend punched me in the arm when I was about to kill it and it got away. He didn't think I should kill it. I continued to find him in my bags and stuff. | |

| I used to have a cat that loved me dearly. We moved to New Jersey and the first night there I was just sleeping on a mattress and I woke up and there was a dead bleeding mouse next to my head. And my cat was sitting there just purring and pushing it towards me.
It was the sweetest gift I've ever received.

| Yeah..I found a mouse three times in my apartment (once it was dead). I found out it was coming through the old central air system that was used before the house was broken up into several apartments, and another time it came from underneath the heater....it's seriously the weirdest thing to suddenly see a mouse moving across the floor. | |

| I think the biggest difference between a rat and mouse are the size... but according to Wikipedia the cotton mouse is very big and the pack rat is very small. They have different poop. They are part of the same family though. EDIT: Also, while looking at pictures I found a mouse with a human ear. | |

| I have a mouse story too! Actually, I have two.
My sister and I woke up to my cat growling in her room. Turns out he had caught a mouse. I'm not sure why cats feel the need to growl at small animals that they've caught/are going to catch. Its not threatening or anything. That was a while ago so I don't really remember what we did with it.
Then a couple years ago I was outside and my cat Lukey had caught a mouse, but it was still alive, so I tried to rescue it. I was able to pick up the mouse and as I was carrying it away from my cat, the bloody thing bit me. I promptly dropped it and didn't care if my cat got him again.
