I hate naps. they make you feel all groggy and gross and like it's the next day but it's not.

I think they are relaxing, carefree, and fun. I will take a 30 minute nap and feel energized for the rest of the day.

I believe that a nap will cause you to be more tired if you allow yourself to fall past a certain stage of sleep. Next time you take a nap try to make it a short one, even like 15 minutes.
