How would you sum up your religious views as they stand?

What about your political views? (In a different way than already outlined)

What would you say were the main forces which caused you to grow and develop as a person over the last few years?

Which figure from history inspired you the most?

Do you think masturbation can be a good thing?

How do you feel about Obama being the new President?

What are you currently doing with your life?

Where do you hope to be in five years in terms of who you are?

Quote :
do you beleive in aliens?
im not opposed to the idea, but i have no idea.

Quote :
do you think that gay marriages are okay in God's eyes?
no, but i think it should be legal.

Quote :
what do you wash your face with?
soap...and water. and my hands. and a washcloth

Quote :
what is your "type" of girl?
really into jesus.
hillarious, but can be serious when its time to be serious
chill[quote]
patient
ready to deal with my quirkiness

Quote :
How would you sum up your religious views as they stand?
I believe in the bible, and its literal interpretation. I believe i sin. I believe G-d exists, likes me and wanted to save me from the separation inevitable between the diametrically opposed forces of my shittiness and his holiness. He therefore sent his son to live the awesome life i couldn't and die in lieu of me. I want to live every day in a way worthy of this new life he bought me. but i dont.

Quote :
What about your political views? (In a different way than already outlined)
I am not a pacifist-absolutist, but i haven't approved of any war which has occurred during my lifetime.
I don't believe in legislating the bible.
I think that in a perfect world i would be an anarcho-capitalist, but in the world we have i am your standard american independant, with a little bit of socialism thrown in. and a little libertarianism. i know the two dont mix well, but it works for me.

Quote :
What would you say were the main forces which caused you to grow and develop as a person over the last few years?
I got arrested for some stupid shit. That shook me up a little.
G-d did some cool shit in my personal life.
I saw some really close friends turn their lives around.

Quote :
Which figure from history inspired you the most?
either Gandhi or Guevara. while one was pacifist and the other militant, they weren't too dissimilar.

Quote :
Do you think masturbation can be a good thing?
not really.

Quote :
How do you feel about Obama being the new President?
Better than McCain. Im pretty excited, but I also disagree with him on a lot of things.

Quote :
What are you currently doing with your life?
Finishing High school. Trying to decide whether to be logical and go to UMD's Phillip Merill School of Journalism, get internships at the Washington post and have a gread career path laid out before me, or be illogical and go to Covenant College and study philosophy, do homeless ministry in san francisco, write music and have no plan for my life whatsoever.

Quote :
Where do you hope to be in five years in terms of who you are?
Out of College. married or getting there. doing some kind of humanitarian/evangelistic work in some urban environment.
making money taking pictures.

What are your thoughts on the evolutionism versus creationism debate?

Do you think salvation and truth could lie within faiths/religions other than Christianity?

What are you anticipating most about Christmas?
