^Thanks for making me lol irl.

Seth, what's going on in your life right now?

What values do you hold which you consider to be most important to you?

When was your last relationship with someone?

What issue do you think you care about in principal, but don't feel you have enough incentive to pursue?

Where would you see yourself in five years' time?

What has happened in the LAST five years you never thought would?

1. Not much.

2. I put two random words together. I was like 14 or 15.

1. I'm trying to apply for a transfer to Northern Illinois University for next winter, but so far it seems that the system is designed to be as deliberately unhelpful as possible. I'm about to start a new job at a local regional supermarket chain that I realllyyy don't want to do. I think I might be losing my hearing in my left ear.

2. The importance of equality. Obviously people cannot be truly equal in some senses, but I think everyone should be born with the same set of rights, within reasonable limits.

3. Like, romantic? Eighth grade, I think. I have been dealing with issues of my sexuality since then, so I haven't really had any relationships since. I live in a really conservative part of the country so there aren't a whole lot of other gay people around.

4. Animal rights. I am fully hypocritical on this issue, since I think I care about animal rights but I eat meat that I know probably came from animals in factory farms that were treated horribly. It doesn't really help that I think most fruits and vegetables taste like crap.

5. Uhh, I don't know. Writing for an online news site, maybe?

6. America elected a black president. Granted, said president probably won't be the savior that so many people are claiming him to be, but still, a black president in a country where I can literally walk down my street and hear "nigger" used at least once unironically.

What's your favorite transition metal on the periodic table?

What's your favorite noble gas?

Favorite inert gas?

Are the balls inert?

Do you like the band Cheeseburger? [they do the intro to Superjail! the greatest show in history]

Do you like Superjail!?

Do you like the ultimate cheeseburger from Jack In The Box? It's only 5.88 for a medium, well worth it.

Would you eat an atomic cheeseburger?

I can't think of any other atomic or cheeseburger related questions.. I'll return when I have more.

Do you consider yourself gay or bi?

Where would you most like to live?

How would you sum up your political stance?

Is there a supernatural reality, in your view?

What do you most love about your life?

What really satisfies you in your everyday existence?

What really annoys you in your everyday existence?

And what annoys you in general?

Are you lonely?

Do you ever get depressed?

Do you ever get ecstatic?

What's your relationship like with your parents?

1. Cobalt.

2. Xenon.

3. I don't remember what an inert gas is, I took Chem 101 over a year ago sorry!!

4. What?

5. They're okay, I guess.

6. Depending on my mood, yes. I really like the animation style, but the over-the-top violence kind of wears on me after a while. David Wain plays the warden though, and he is awesome.

7. Never been there, they don't have very many Jack in the Boxes around here.

8. Probably not, it's atomic.

1. I never really gave much though to whether I'm gay or bi, but I guess bi since I'm still attracted to some girls.

2. If I could live anywhere I wanted? Barcelona.

3. My political and religious views have been changing a lot lately. In my angrier moments, I tend to lean toward outright socialist ideology. I think if there's anything the American people need right now, it's to realize that they (both as individuals and as a collective country) are not the only people on the planet who matter. While it's tremendously difficult and perhaps even impossible to instill a socialist state without it becoming an outright nanny state, I think it's something that we as a country need and, above all, deserve for all the awful shit we've done to the world over the past decade. When I'm more rational, though, I tend to be more traditionally liberal. The government's primary job should be to protect its citizens and its citizens' rights. Like I mentioned before, human rights come before anything else, which is why Bush's administration has been such an abomination. Bush has spit in the face of pretty much everyone not in the upper class, and it blows my mind that so many of us are conservative. I live in Illinois, an outwardly blue state, and nearly everyone around me is moderate to hardcore conservative. The social and political elite have somehow brainwashed us into constantly voting against our own self-interest and for legislation that often blatantly favors the upper class, and it kills me.

4. Maybe. I don't know. I do know that I am horrified of death, and I can't convince myself of any firm belief in either religion or atheism. I was firmly atheist until I talked to a good friend of mine and her new husband a few weeks ago. They are in the process of selling nearly everything they own, save their clothes, basic necessities, and a van, and are planning on moving to Africa indefinitely to do mission work. To see them--not only their confident faith that God is there and knows what's best for them, but also their pure selflessness--made me seriously reevaluate my own beliefs. I'd really like to believe that there is a God, but I just don't. But neither can I convince myself that there is absolutely nothing beyond this life.

5. I love that, in a world where everyone seems increasingly dysfunctional, that most of my family and friends are good people, and relatively normal.

I'm kind of busy, so I'll try to answer the rest of the questions later.

I'm not going to answer the first two, mainly because I can't think of decent answers.

3. Selfishness, arrogance, self-righteousness in general, bugs, my car, blatant stupidity.

4. Every once in a while I get lonely. But I have plenty of friends in my day-to-day life.

5. Yes, more often in the past year or so than usual.

6. Not very often.

7. I think my parents did a pretty good job raising my brother and me, and I have a solid relationship with both of them.

1. I'd really like to have some part in making movies. Preferably writing them.

2. I've gone every year since 2003. It hasn't actually changed that much since I've been going, except that every year's band lineup gets progressively lamer and lamer.

3. Umm...I don't know. I honestly can't really think of anything off the top of my head.
