Pretty much fry it in the way that I suggested. Tofu is bland on it's own, it needs either sauce or seasoning. Frying it with onion, spice, and maybe a bit of garlic is usually the way I roll.

and yea, i was heating up a few kettle chips in the toaster oven and my gf called and they burnt. nice. too greasy anyways. so i just ate 4 little pita chips. and some strawberries. and damn.... some artichoke dips are great, others are more like spinich dip. i wanted artichokes...not spinach!!

I just had a banana and I plan on making some strawberry shortcake.

meal one: chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, soda, cheese with crackers.

breakfast: cereal with 1/2 & 1/2 for milk because we had none.. quite delicious.
dinner: calzones
post-dinner: to be decided, but likely nothing too great.

breakfast: green tea
lunch: apples, chicken nuggets
dinner: cheeseburger and chocolate chip cookies with milk... and i'm about to get a popsicle because they're just too good to resist haha

son and i ate at Californa Pizza kitchen. i got a thai chicken pizza with thai sauce and peanuts and stuff. not bad. and a delicious pina colada. yes!

three pancakes.
popcorn at the moviiies, which was way too overpriced, but I was really hungry by this time.
a cookie bottom sundae.
one of those big rainbow lollipops. well, I'm still working on that.

Later: Potbelly's with a coffee milkshake and Lays chips

Just now: pizza and the rest of my potbellys sandwitch.

breakfast - jasmine tea and grits w/whole wheat bread

lunch/dinner- duck noodle soup.

Yesterday I ate a hot dog and half of a cheese enchilada.
Today I haven't eaten anything.

Right now I'm eating chili, made with soy mince/ground beef style.

Breakfast - Bowl of white rice with soy sauce
Lunch - Half an enchilada

breakfast: scrambled eggs
lunch: half a chicken fried steak with black pepper fries... so delicious
dinner: going to have salad with dried cranberries, feta cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette and either walnuts or almonds

I had a cinnamon roll, a bit of spaghetti, a salad, and half a piece of bread.
